Reference articles

The core of this work. Living documents on the questions boards actually face.

The reference section is the spine of The Good Board. Each article is a living document that states the author’s understanding of Swiss doctrine and practice on one question of governance, is updated when the law or practice shifts, and cites primary sources back to opencaselaw.ch. Articles are stable in their URLs; their content is not. Material changes are recorded in the changelog.
